Milton Paris is a leader in consulting services throughout the Mid-Atlantic. He is seeking an Associate who can drive and close sales of consulting services. The Associate will work closely with new customers and the owner/business consultant, Milton Paris. The Associate can be based in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware , or Maryland .
Milton is primarily focused on using his 50 years of sales experience to help companies improve selling techniques and methodology. He is incredibly hands-on during the process and will ultimately custom-fit a solution that meets the client’s particular needs.

Responsibilities of Associate:
- Develop accounts to drive the sales of consulting services.
- Identify business needs of customers/prospects and demonstrate value that Milton Paris can bring to address those needs.
- Position Milton Paris’s capabilities, services and methodologies to prospective customers.
- Follow up on early leads and develop strong relationships with prospects (usually business owners) in order to build and continuously maintain the pipeline.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of all service offerings and how they address individual customer situations.
- Attend industry events in order to network with relevant stakeholders, gain industry insight and represent Milton Paris in the marketplace.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of successful solutions-oriented consulting services sales to other businesses.
- Consulting delivery or implementation experience is a plus
- Prior experience in identifying opportunities for sales training will be a plus.
- Willingness and ability to participate in the early phases of the sales cycle from account planning to lead generation.
- Demonstrated results include selling consultative services as well as developing pipeline and strong relationships.
- Superior verbal, presentation and written communications skills, strong leadership qualities, and team oriented business values.
- Must be a self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to work with a high-degree of autonomy.
- Former business owners, retired executives, and anyone with sales experience are encouraged to apply.
